Yes. Start with the assessment and Practice Analysis. If we’re a fit, we prepare a private homepage and one priority treatment page in 3–5 business days. At your second meeting, review the preview and one recommended plan before deciding whether to move forward.

No long-term contract. Every plan is month to month. Design Refresh benefits are available while you’re a client, on your plan’s schedule. Competitor Guard ends if you cancel.

On every plan, your initial Custom Website is yours once any applicable build fee is paid. Your domain and your own content stay yours, even if you leave. If you receive a build-fee refund under the guarantee, you must return the website we built. Ownership and delivery details for Design Refresh updates are set out in your service agreement.

CyteForce doesn’t run paid ads, so there’s no ad budget to add. Penley provides AI review assistance when added to Starter or Premium, and is included in Elite. BrandKlout offers the broader growth program with paid ads, managed reputation campaigns, and local SEO.

If CyteForce hasn’t earned your confidence within 60 days, ask for your money back. On every plan, your Custom Website fee is refunded only if you return the website, which means the site we built comes down. Keep the site, and the build fee stays paid. The details are set out in your service agreement.

Pick the plan for the protection you want, then add an agent for each extra specialty. Elite includes agents for every specialty you offer.

Starter clients can update their protected competitor list once every 12 months. Premium clients can update their list once every 6 months. Starter protects one named practice and Premium protects five. Updates follow the same specialty, area, and availability rules. Existing CyteForce and BrandKlout clients remain clients.

No. Penley supports every specialty within one practice location and does not use a specialty-agent slot. Penley costs $849/month per location with Starter, $749/month per location with Premium, and is included in Elite.

Penley follows your existing plan: one named competitor with Starter, with list updates every 12 months, or five with Premium, with list updates every 6 months. Elite provides specialty and area exclusivity. Adding Penley does not expand your protected competitor list or area. Existing CyteForce and BrandKlout clients remain clients.
