    Complete the Website Growth Assessment before we meet. Your score and priorities set the agenda. Allow about six minutes.

    Practice Analysis · 45 minutes

    Talk through the gaps you identified, what they mean for your practice, and your local competitors. Invite the owner or decision maker and your office manager if possible.

  3. 3

    Your private preview · 3–5 business days

    If we’re a fit, we’ll prepare a homepage and one priority treatment page, plus a Gap Report connecting your own answers to the preview. We’ll schedule your second meeting before the first one ends.

    Reveal and Decision · 45 minutes

    See your preview on your own phone, review how it addresses your priorities, and consider one recommended plan. Then decide whether to move forward.

  • Month to month. No long-term contract or lock-in.
  • Custom Website. Starter is $5,999, Premium is $5,499, and Elite is $4,999, due at go-live approval.
  • Design Refresh. Starter every 48 months, Premium every 36 months, and Elite every 18 months while you’re a client.
